My training style and ethos caters to complete beginners, intermediate boxers and those boxing at an elite level.

We can incorporate effective boxing drills into your training regime which will will help you lose body fat and move you quickly towards achieving your weight loss goals.  And all of this can be achieved by using our great selection of boxing bags and equipment at our KBS Fitness facility in Hazel Grove, Stockport.

As co founder of Tameside White Collar Boxing Events I have extensive experience of providing event preparation for those looking to step into the ring.  By combining principles of professional Boxing training and functional fitness training I have created an effective and unique training regime which focuses on improving footwork, defence, power and ring presence.
