1 on 1 Coaching

Using the most up to date training principles and strategies I will help you define your individual fitness goals and together we will create a road map to get you there. Through the use of specific and appropriate goal setting I will create a personalised and progressive results driven training program to suit your needs.

We will begin your journey by planning an initial consultation at my exclusive facility in Hazel Grove, Stockport.  This will enable us to determine your current fitness levels whilst recording your Body Status measurements and starting pictures.  We will then create a specific, measurable, achievable and realistic target centred around your wants and needs.  We will begin by focusing on smaller goals, this will ultimately set us up to achieve your larger more audacious goals.

 

 

 

Pricing and Packages

Initial 45 minute Assessment – £20  

This will include the following:

  • Goal Setting
  • Weigh in and Measurements
  • Pictures of current shape
  • Initial Fitness testing

Once we have gathered all of the relevant information we are ready to begin your fitness journey!  Your options are as follows:

 

One off 1 hours session – £50

Block Bookings – 11 sessions for £500

 

All block bookings include access to my personalised fitness app, nutritional advice and progress tracking as standard.
